v1.5 and 1.6 of this recipe break uploading. To make uploading work again, you need to add a "postupload" entry like this:

• 'upload' => '*',
• 'postupload' => '*',

Please add that item to the default list of actions. And thank you for the very helpful plugin. -EdBrannin
