This is a scam of the first order. It requires "registration" and the material must be accessible on a public server. The requirement may be just for promotional purposes, but this is a serious security hole for unpublished matter of literary value. I wasted an evening setting this up on a private server only to discover it is crippleware unless you are willing to expose your material to the public, thus destroying whatever market value it might have.
