This not very featureful PhpWiki to PmWiki converter was created to convert a 900-page wiki. See the recipe file itself for a short description: phpwikiconv.php Δ.

Some minor problems:

Asterisks are converted to "bold" even if the first asterisk is from "unordered list"
Some " are changed to \"
Backlinks are not converted to pagelists, but easily found (search for "plugin [[Back Links]]")

For my purposes it was no problem to change the occurences manually.
