Update : Oh, sorry, i haven't enabled the UTF-8 on the config.php. Maybe, UTF-8 should be enabled by default from now.

UTF-8 is enabled in sample-config.php, and documented on the wiki. Unfortunately, we cannot enable it out of the box because existing installations could break after an upgrade, notably if they have international characters in page names, in group names or in filenames (uploads). --Petko September 06, 2021, at 04:56 AM
