Description: Many times there are pages that a farm administrator would like to have shared throughout a farm -- e.g., things like blocklists and configuration pages.

It would be nice if there was some published standard mechanism for achieving this.

Suggestions:

• It sould be possible that a group could be defined as accessible in other fileds.
• It sould be possible that a page (groupname.pagename) could be defined as accessible in other fileds.
