Description: stdconfig.php set the $HTMLHeaderFmt['robots'] with $MetaRobots content at this stage, preventing an eventual (:robot ...:) markup tag to change it. The fix is to escape the $MetaRobots var (content='\$MetaRobots'), which has probably been forgotten.
