Description: PmWiki 1.0's ?action=print command does special handling of mailto: links with link text, converting [[mailto:address link text]] to be ''link text'' [mailto:address] in the printable output.

More to the point, since 2.0.beta1 several of the settings in ?action=print no longer take effect.
