Description: Can we change the general PageEditFmt from
<form method='post' action='\$PageUrl?action=edit'>
to
<form id='editform' name='editform' action=... >
so there is a clear id on this form. This goes conform with the ChangeSummary cookbook PageEditFmt.
This is now easily possible in 2.0.beta44 by simply modifying the Site.EditForm page.
