To see the bug you have to:

Use Internet Explorer 7 (I don't know if this happen with 6)
Set your skin to Triad (click here)
Resize the Explorer window

The image should appear/disappear.

It only happens with 7, I tested it with both browsers ie7 and ie6.
It happened with 7, 6 and 5 as I remember but the article says otherwise.

A little bit late but hey, you never know as we are about to repeat the worst
in the browser wars history, guess who? Microsoft, won't let people choose their browser
of choice and will always load edge when you open a link on windows 10.
If that got cameo, the italic bug can too... Right?!

You need the zoom fix and set 'overflow:visible' on text container
