Another page with just a really long name. It turns out that the problem of an expanding sidebar is not there if the name has a dash... Then the name is simply split at the dash.

A possible workaround for long names that enlargen the sidebar is to insert a dash into the name.
SideBar now uses Really Really Really Long Page Nameno It Is Really Extremely Long instead of ReallyReallyReallyLongPageNamenoItIsReallyExtremelyLong
