Preview button - opens a new windows
Previw and edit - shows the preview on the same page, below the edit window

to mimic the functions of the Save buttons

Save - saves and exits, essentially changing modes
Save and edit - saves but stays in the same mode

I don't know how to get the previewandedit button to show as a button--that may be something in local.php.
