The download does not include Cookbook & Skins.
Can there be an additional distribution which includes these?
It would be easier to access them for offline wikis. They would not have to be individually downloaded. It also make it faster to try/test them.
I would also like a distribution which includes Profiles. Perhaps even the entire PmWiki website.
