This is an alternate version of Cookbook:PresenceAwarenessLight that runs a little more simply. Currently it's configured to indicate everyone who is working in the Test group.

How could you log in? -- Luigi

This uses the value of the 'Author' field that each browser has as the username. However, it also works with the AuthUser capability, so that authors can log in with AuthUser and it will use those names. -- Pm

Is that the same as $_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER']? Or are you referring to the global variable $Author within pmwiki? -- Peter Bowers March 16, 2009, at 04:19 AM
