I always liked feature-rich but minimalistic applications like PmWiki, a really great piece of code.
Sometimes, I wish it was coded in Perl or any other "serious" language instead PHP, but I have to admit that Patrick did fine job.

Currently, I'm using PMWiki for two university intranet wikis, three corporate intranets and my own website.
