[pmwiki-users] Issue with foxedit.php and special characters

I'm using foxedit.php. Whenever I open a section for editing using
the FoxEditSectionForm, certain characters are displayed as special
character codes (for example "<" is displayed as "&lt;". Is this
supposed to happen? If so, is there a way to prevent it?
