[pmwiki-users] Blix - <title> not defined in the .tmpl file

Hi DaveG,

I suggest to have  <title>$WikiTitle | {$Group} / {$Title} 
$ActionTitle</title> by default in the </head> section of the .tmpl file.
Reason why is that some "index tool or tagging services" are using this 
<title> information to index the pages.
