Apparently because your server won't serve it -- assuming the path is
correct, which seems to be the case.

Can you retrieve the logo image directly?  Put another way, can you
view the logo image using the image's URL?  Is the URL something other
than http://www.lovemusiclovedance.com/pmwiki/pub/skins/pmwiki/pmwiki-32.gif
?
