[pmwiki-users] Site.Blocklist not working

I am running pmwiki-2.2.0-beta57 on my site http://www.gpsinindia.com

I wanted to block edits from certain IP addresses, so setup the
Site.Blocklist page. But still the miscreants are able to edit the pages.
Can someone have a look and tell me what am I doing wrong?

For an example, looo at the edit history of this page
http://gpsinindia.com/index.php?n=Main.Vendors?action=diff

I want to block edits from all IPs in this range 220.227.*.*

My Site.Blocklist url is http://gpsinindia.com/index.php?n=Site.Blocklist
