[pmwiki-users] $AuthLDAPBindPassword and $AuthLDAPBindDN

Has anyone had any luck using either of these variables?

Do they need to go in any specific place in the config.php?

Also, do I only have to have these entries to use these variables?:
$AuthUser['ldap'] = 'ldap://ldap.example.com/o=example?uid?sub';
include_once('scripts/authuser.php');

No matter what values I use for these variables, I get a blank main page 
(literally nothing in the view - source).
