[pmwiki-users] Clean URL + UTF-8 name?

Does sombody know the solution of this problem?

When I tried with the first method listed in the Clean URL part in Cookbook
,
It worked fine except UTF-8 pagenames. Actually pmwiki indicates some broken
url that doesn't exist..
