First you'll want to set $Group

    ## Get the group and page name
    $pagename = ResolvePageName($pagename);
    $group = PageVar($pagename, '$Group');
    $name = PageVar($pagename, '$Name');

    if($Group != 'GroupToBeExcluded') {
       include_once('enablehtml.php');
    }
