And (:include:) is expecting to have "paras=nnn" as an option,
when one will be able to do

   (:include Name para=1:)

or

   (:include Name#anchor para=1:)

And now that I've actually got a couple of days of development time,
I can hopefully change a number of these "expecting to dos" to
"now does". ;-)
