And there's a "bug" of sorts when viewing a GroupHeader 
and/or GroupFooter page that causes the contents to be displayed 
twice -- once for the page itself, and again for the header/footer.

I'm still working on a fix for this -- essentially I have to make
one of (:groupheader:), (:groupfooter:), or (:include:) smart enough
to recognize when a GroupHeader/GroupFooter is being viewed and to
not do the processing a second time in that case.
