[pmwiki-users] Conversion trouble: PmWiki 1 -> 2

Here's a minor issue I discovered converting pages. This is related to the 
John's TOC-script.

The old markup
	[[tocauto]]
is converted into 
	[[tocauto | #]]

when it should be converted into:
	(:toc:)

Similarly,
	[[tocauto anchors=visible]]
should be converted into
	(:toc anchors=visible:)

I'm fixing this manually, but it might be good to incorporate into the 
conversion script.
