For whatever it's worth, PmWiki will tend to use ISO formatted
dates for a variety of its interfaces.  For example, the (:if date:)
markups use ISO dates, and if we ever adopt a "when=" parameter
to display a page as of a certain date, those dates will be ISO
formatted.
