I'm a idiot!

The blog RSS feed pigybacks on the digest code.  I updated the way the
digest was called to make input from (:blogdigest:) more flexible. 
Didn't update the call function call for the RSS feed.

Should be fixed for 1.0.4.

Also, your suggestion for monthly digests is a good one and probably
something I could do.  Thanks!
