This is a long description without the line continuation characters; what happens if I don't use them? And how do I find the information about further work on this markup?
What if we could write:
(:description:) Here is the long and complicated description... (:descriptionend:)
It is also annyoing that the directive uses a small letter, while the variable uses a large letter. It is simply confusing.
