I am working on a PHP wiki site. I have implemented:

• Clean URLs
• Skins

I have been going back and forth on the forms and ryevoting. The users of the wiki I administer all use the same proxy server so I can't test on the ip address. Also perplexed because many users have cookies set to only except session cookies.
