I've been struggling with a few ghost town wikis, which are running this pmwiki software. It seems to me there are some bugs / design oversights which make cleaning up spam quite difficult, particularly where a wiki has been heavily spammed, without regular tending from an active community (so not such a problem on this pmwiki homepage wiki)
