BoringSkin was created as an alternative to ArndisSkin for my site. It uses a simple table for layout so that version 4 browsers have a fair whack at rendering it correctly, and a little CSS to make the whole thing look better than I really expected it to. It should handle window and text resizing gracefully, and font size is again what you prefer. CSS declarations are arranged into sections for colours, fonts, and layout, making it much easier to modify just one of those things.
v2 of BoringSkin has a slightly different look to it, and fewer dashed or dotted borders, which tend to smear when the page is scrolled quickly. I've also included a custom PmWiki logo with Photoshop source file for easy recolouring.
